Meet Kristen Chalos

Kristen Chalos is a Webby Award–winning podcast host (2026, Best Indie Podcast – Limited Run) and TV producer who spent over 14 years at MTV, leading casting and series development while directing talent and producing content for a global audience.

During her time at MTV, she worked closely with artists, celebrities, and emerging voices, creating original content that broke through a saturated landscape. 

Her ability to intuit and recognize cultural patterns eventually pulled her deeper into astrology; a natural extension of her work and the lens through which she develops creative projects.

Today, Kristen is an astrologer, podcast host, and creative consultant, blending the metaphysical with the material world and creating content for the future.
